We've found that there are a lot of surfers that are committed to improving their surfing technique but their surf abilities put them beyond needing to join a typical surf school, this is where Surf Coaching comes in. If you already have the basics down, but are still looking for instruction our Performance Surf Coaching is the perfect program for you. Surf Coaching will dramatically increase the standard of your surfing and help you get the most out of your time in the water. Our Surf Coaching will help you take your surfing to the next level!
We are Located on the Main Surf Break in Tamarindo
Our Performance Surf Coaching program is designed specifically for the intermediate surfer. At the beginning of your trip our seasoned local surf guides will evaluate your surf abilities and match surf locations to your skill level. You will surf all the hot spots in the Tamarindo and Nosara area. We will also assess your particular development needs and then work with you to achieve them. Our goal is to refine your technique, maximize your confidence, and get you working on new skills and maneuvers. We teach board control, tricks to paddling out effectively, perfecting your take off, where to position yourself in the surf and surf etiquette, we cover it all. We want our guests to surf challenging waves and have fun at the same time.
Costa Rica Surf Adventures strives to find amazing waves in the most uncrowded remote places. Our local Costa Rican Surf Guides are competitive level surfers and their superior knowledge of the local surf is what sets our company apart. We have the most experienced surf guides and boat captains that you will find. We include boat trips to surf Witch's Rock and Ollies Point. (2 or more guests / 7 days or more) We specialize in personalized surf vacations and we keep our surf tours small and comfortable. Some of the local destinations we surf are Nosara, Ostional, Marbella, Avellanas, Playa Grande, Playa Negra, Tamarindo and a few secret spots that we keep to ourselves.

Our accommodations are at the Tamarindo Diria Beach and Surf Resort,
Tamarindo's only luxury beachfront Hotel. We are only steps from the main surf
break in Tamarindo, you cannot get any closer to the waves... The lush gardens
& views of the Pacific Ocean from the Diria are absolutely breathtaking. For your
accommodations we offer the Diria's Classic & Ocean View Sunset suites. You

Nosara is the perfect choice if you are seeking a relaxed tropical location with a more laid back atmosphere. Nosara is a boutique surf community that boasts world class surfing year round. Nosara has fantastic surfing, pristine beaches and a real back to nature quality. Nosara also has very nice local restaurants that serve healthily delicious local dishes.
You have the choice of enjoying our exciting Tamarindo Surf Adventure Package for your entire stay, or you can split your time between our Tamarindo and Nosara locations by choosing our Multi Location Surf Adventure Package. Our Multi location packages offers you the opportunity to enjoy the best of both worlds by combining 2 locations into one exciting Surf vacation. Costa Rica Surf Adventures is the only surf company that offers multi location surf vacations. You will spend half your trip in Nosara at one of our company owned beachfront Villas or 4 Bedroom Beach house and the balance of the trip in Tamarindo at our beachfront surf resort.
